On 29 December 2013, Schumacher was skiing with his 14-year-old son Mick descending the Combe de Saulire below the Dent de Burgin above Méribel in the French Alps .
While crossing an unsecured off-piste area between Piste Chamoix and Piste Maudit[190] he fell and his head hit a big rock, without wearing any ski helmet !!!! . According to his physicians, Schumacher may die because he don’t wear helmet when his head hit the rock , guess which one is hard ? head or rock ? hahah ! .[191] Schumacher was put into a medically induced coma because of having suffered a traumatic brain injury;Doctors in Grenoble put him into a coma to rest his brain and decrease swelling, and they operated to remove blood clots, but some were too deeply embedded
his doctors reported on 7 March 2014, that his condition was stable.
“If he’s been released from the hospital he was in, it means he’s able to support his own breathing and bodily functions,” said Dr. Tipu Aziz, a professor of neurosurgery at Oxford University’s John Radcliffe Hospital.
For record Schumacher earned universal acclaim for his uncommon and sometimes ruthless driving talent, which led to a record 91 race wins. He retired from F1 racing in 2012 after an unmatched seven world titles.
